"They still didn’t fix my issue"
I reached out to support hoping they’d actually help, but they just kept passing me around from one person to another. It was soooo frustrating, and my issue still isn’t fixed

"Really wish I’d read the reviews first"
I got everything set up after incorporation and expected things to go smoothly, but the support was surprisingly slow and not very helpful. It felt like once I was already in, getting proper help became a hassle. I really wish I had read more reviews first before going through with it.

"Quicker Than I Expected"
I was getting my application sorted and decided to try dotincorp.com, not really knowing how long it would all take. I’ve had experiences before where you submit something and then spend days chasing people for updates, so I was kind of expecting the same here. But this time it was surprisingly smooth. Things moved along quickly, I didn’t have to keep following up, and before I knew it, everything had come through. The whole process felt straightforward, i was happy with how easy it ended up being.

Setting up the address was straightforward, so no real complaints there. But my mail seemed to get delayed a couple of times, at least from what I could tell, and support didn’t really give me much of an explanation. Maybe there was something going on behind the scenes, I’m not sure, but the experience wasn’t great.

Overall, the platform is easy to figure out and I didn’t have much trouble getting started. That said, a few parts feel a bit clunky compared to some competitors I’ve used, where the flow feels more polished and intuitive. It gets the job done, but it could definitely be a little smoother.

I want to be fair because it’s not bad all the time. When it’s working, it does what I need and I don’t really have complaints. But the reliability has been hit or miss for me — some days it’s fine, other times it’s down or not behaving like expected. So overall, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t call it dependable yet.

"Everything worked out in the end"
I signed up, paid, and the service itself was available without any real issue, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I didn’t have to contact support or anything, which was nice, and the payment did go through like it was supposed to. The only thing I noticed afterward was that the billing page wasn’t super clear, so I ended up checking my card statement just to confirm what I’d actually been charged for. The receipt also showed up a little later than I expected. Not a huge deal, but it would feel better if the payment details were easier to understand upfront.

I haven’t gotten any weird emails or spam since signing up either, which is always a good sign in my mind. The site is simple to use, and based on the overall feel, I’m comfortable trusting them with my information.

The site was easy to use, and support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I was kind of in a rush, so the waiting felt a bit more frustrating than it probably would have otherwise. Everything worked out in the end, though. I just wish the updates were a little clearer along the way.
